¤ I am having problem with my camera

Refer to instructions included in the camera's package; if you are still experiencing problems try the following:

Windows will recognize a new piece of hardware when you plug in your USB Web Cam. All you need to do is follow the Windows prompts and browse to the CD-ROM with the web cam drivers. Windows will automatically install and configure the drivers to your computer. Various web cam drivers are included on a CD-ROM.

For Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP and ME

•  Please close all other applications before installing.
•  Insert the CD-ROM with the web cam drivers into the drive.
•  Plug in the Web Cam into the USB port on your computer.
•  Windows will recognize new hardware found and ask for the location of the drivers.
•  Browse to the CD-ROM and the folder with your cam drivers.

For example, if installing the Yellow Cam, go to the Yellow Cam folder. Click OK. Windows will load the drivers automatically. To uninstall the Yellow Cam drivers, run nuclean.exe in the driver folder.

Note: Windows NT is not compatible with any USB web cam. You will need to install a PCI type video capture device for video record capabilities. Global Hello works with any standard AVI web cams with or without a built in microphone.

Note: You can also change the video compression settings. Room lighting is very important with USB web cams.
